Berry Berry Good!
Oregon berries are a delicious treat that droves of folks visit the farm to pick each spring and early summer. The farm has more than 25 acres of strawberries, raspberries, marionberries, boysenberries, blackberries and blueberries. Right now (6/27), strawberry season is winding down but our raspberry vines are loaded with berries.
It all starts with strawberries — usually around Memorial Day — and ends with blueberries which are usually over by early August. Northwest strawberries are smaller than the California variety but pack a wonderful flavor and tasty finish. Perfect for eating by the handful – or bucketful – and great on shortcake or in jam. Just as the strawberries are winding down, on come all of the other berries.
Visit the farm and wile away a summer day picking berries, visiting the tire swing or picnicking under our 300-year-old oak tree. Visit our U-pick Update page for information on crop availability.
